Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

 

In Florida BLUE Retail Center environment, we are looking for a dynamic, inspiring, and “Passionate about the community” Retail Center Senior Manager who will…

 

- Create a work environment that motivates and inspires innovation, customer commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm, and personal growth for the professional staff of approx. 12-17 employees.

 

- Manage all aspects and functions in the retail center to enrich the customer’s experience.

 

- Manage operations of the Retail Center to meet or exceed all performance goals related to sales, service, care/wellness support, traffic, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

- Track, analyze and interrupt reports on Retail Center performance, working closely with corporate partners to take corrective actions as needed to achieve performance goals.

 

- Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to generate traffic, support membership and create positive brand awareness within specific budget.

 

- Strong community participation in targeted, local markets.

 

- Work closely with marketing and local leadership to promote the company’s brand, build customer relationships, loyalty and support achievement of business objectives in the region.

 

- Develop and encourage “top talent” that are engaging and high performing.

 

- Embrace cultural difference that promotes high performance.

 

- Manage the physical site and facilities to ensure the property is maintained.

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

 

- 6 or more years of consultative retail or healthcare sales/service experience

 

- 3 or more years of direct management and leadership experience with managing cross-functional teams

 

- State of Florida 215 Health Life and Annuities License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)

 

- Experience in retail marketing, direct to consumer marketing and/or marketing communications

 

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

 

- Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and web-based tools

 

- Occasional travel with overnight stays

 

- Work flexible retail work hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays

 

- Bilingual Spanish/English Required  

 

 

 

Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills):

 

- Master’s Degree

 

- Experience in the insurance industry, physician’s office, hospital or health care industry         

 

- Experience in store/retail management
